The Public Service Commission sends President’s Scholars to the University of Warwick from time to time. Mr Leo Yip, the Chairman of Economic Development Board, has an MBA from University of Warwick. He is a Singapore Police Force scholar and is also an alumnus of Cambridge University and Harvard University.
