In commemoration of the invaluable contributions made by the late philanthropist Mr Tan Kah Kee, in the field of education, the Tan Kah Kee Foundation has been awarding the postgraduate scholarship since 1983.

Value / Features

The scholarship is awarded annually to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents who are pursuing full-time Master’s degree or PhD (except distance-learning) The scholarship value for studying overseas is S$10,000. For local universities, the value is S$7000.

• Possess outstanding academic qualifications and conduct
• Possess a good spirit in community and social services
• Effectively bilingual

Bond

Bond-free but candidates have to attend a selection interview.
